Dr. Hoffard is a graduate of Southern College of Optometry in Memphis, TN. He is a member of the Minnesota and American Optometric Associations and a Fellow of the American Academy of Optometry. After graduating from optometry school, Dr. Hoffard served in the army as chief of optometric services in Korea and Fort Harrison, Indiana. He has practiced in Elk River since 1972 with special interests in primary care, contact lenses and the eye health concerns of older patients. Dr Hoffard and his wife Sheila have six children.
