We do our best to stay on time and give every patient the attention they deserve. Missed appointments, late arrivals, and last-minute cancellations make that harder for everyone—including other patients trying to get in.
When you schedule an appointment, that time is set aside just for you. If something comes up, we truly appreciate a heads up.


Please let us know at least 24 hours in advance if you need to cancel or reschedule.
If you arrive more than 15 minutes late, we may need to reschedule your appointment. When we can, we’ll always try to find another opening that day.
Repeated late cancellations or no-shows may result in limited scheduling, including calling same-day for availability.
